My mother and I borrowed my son's car to run errands when the little wrench icon lit up, the car made lots of noises, did not have any pick up, etc., etc. The first place I thought of was Richlonn's in Muskego because they had serviced our Range Rover before and because it is close to our home. We walked in at almost closing the time. The person at the counter was very attentive and accommodating as well as his team. I left the car overnight and it was fixed by Monday morning, including new parts. They even asked about my mother when my son and I went to pick up the car. How nice is that? This is a great place for fast and friendly service. The prices are reasonable as well. Thank you to the Richlonn's team. We will be back again and again when needed :)

Outstanding Service==Honest==Knowledgeable Mechanics== My son and I been taking our vehicles there for years===The only draw back the service prices are a little high==it would help if ALL the Shop disposal fee was eliminated

Everyone from the service desk to the guy who drove me home to the guys who fixed my Jeep were wonderful!!! Tami, from my gym, recommended Richlon to me with high praise. I saved a bundle by going to Richlon. Thank you!!!

The work was done timely and I was kept advised of issues. A major transmission issue was identified. Richlonn contacted the dealer to see if still under warranty and it was! Richlonn has always done what is best for me. Have been using them for 30 years.

My service was fast and smooth. I needed a tire repaired because I ran over a screw. I had just bought the tire there about three weeks previous. I was not charged. I have been very happy every time I have been to Richlons.
