Awesome place for new Tires!
It very evident that Outstanding Customer Service is the goal at Richlonn's. Their listening to the customer's concerns and doing what the customer expects at each visit is what I have experienced. That puts me at ease and builds trust that they put extra effort in all that they do.
1st visit to their Racine store, won't be my last. Fair prices, great service, nice people. I was sent there by another satisfied customer.
Made a 6/2020 appointment at Muskego for brake issues on a 2012 Ford Edge. Richlonn's called me back suggesting I contact the Ford dealer, as the symptoms resembled a defect that might be covered under an extended warranty issued in 2014 (indeed it was). Saved me $400 in parts and even more in labor since the repair involved several hours of work. Great example of Richlonn's integrity!
