I bought tires from here in 2019. Lately, a couple issues with tire pressure in one tire. Each time I have visited the Muskego site I have always dealt with Tim. He always gives excellent customer service! Even if your issue is minor, he makes you feel like it's important to him. He also explains things which I appreciate. He is an asset to Richlonn's and should get a raise!
Very easy to get an appointment on the website. When I got to the shop, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable.
Took my truck in with warranty needed on the Goodyear tires. They contacted Goodyear and took care of the warranty and replaced the tires. Excellent service and great to deal with! Highly recommend them for tires on your vehicle!
Took my car in for an engine noise that I was advised to get checked. The day before the appointment I was advised by another person there was no odd noise. I took it in anyway just for peace of mind. The mechanics couldn’t duplicate any odd noise. They checked my fluids etc. Then when I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for checking it out. Wow! That was a nice surprise! I will continue to go to Richlonns when I need service. Thanks!
Pulled in at 9:30A for oil change to my 4wd system and out by 12N. Quiet and professional personnel and service.
